Look. Measure the line and using a scale of 1:x, find out the size of my arm. P.s. Done in Paint hence the poor & slipshod work done. After analysing the neoprints, I conclude that I have very flabby arms. Oh yes. Perhaps they look normal at first. But if I were to pin my arms to my side... the fats will ooze out. and just become a wobbly flab. Me no kidding. And I have got this prediction that when I turn sixty, I might become one of those old ladies whose flabs wobble when they just raise their arms slightly. And so as to prevent this terrible fate, I started this Healthy Lifestyle planning! Now, let me have a sense of accomplishment and list down the things I did which aid in my healthy lifestyle! Saturday 1) Sitting on the couch 2) Watching TV 3) Eating 4) Eating more potato chips 5) Finish one bag of lays potato chips 6) search the refrigerator for more food. 7) Ate a vitamin C pill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8) Rest on the bed 9) Eat 10) Watch TV 11) Sit on the com chair and stare at the computer 12 . . . . . . . 25) Eat dinner 26) Sit on the coach . . . . 30) Sleep Yawn yawn!!!!!! -Sleeping early is good! Sunday 1) Woke up at 6 am... w/o the use of the alarm clock o.0!!!!- Waking up early is good! 2) Rest on the bed... 3) read a book. 4) goes off to nibble. . . . 8) PLays half an hour of badminton with Sister! 9) - 30) Refer to Saturday's PLan.. My, My. Don't I feel accomplished. Now, I wonder why my arms are so flabby. -.- |
