I haven practised for the whole weekend cus i left my erhu in the co room and forgt to bring it home and i feel kind of like 'oh no. !!!' ah.

***

Sometimes I just think about 201'05, and sometimes[or seldom] i think about 6k, and it's just like a very very far away memory. I mean, life is like really different now. I mean. well, yeah. 0-0 Was watching house of fury at home and it kind of brought back memories of watching that movie in school. hmm.

***

Just this afternoon my father asked the contractor who renovated our kitchen to take a look at the cupboards since they were a little erm. sagging? and he brought his little ones along. his children were like super hyperactive. like, really, wow. The moment they came in they were like shrieking those he ci like, gong xi fa cai! wan shi ru yi! over and over again, perhaps they repeated them more than 5 times. Okay, it was kind of obvious they were asking for angbaos right? I mean you say this 80% cus u want the hongbaos mahhh. and of cos the first thing they looked for on the table were sweets. I mean, duh.

Kind of struck me. Like childhood and now, the difference. I used to adore sweets, especially during chinese new year. So do my cousins, it's like whenever we go house visiting at the same house, the first tray that gets cleaned out is the sweets/golden coins tray. They are either stuffed inside 1) our mouths or 2) our pockets. Bulging pockets. 0-0. Of cus, now what's full is most likely the sweets tray. Ah. Funny how different things are. and I overheard my aunt telling my cousin [did i say this before?] that sweets make one fat, so I am going to try to stray away from sweets as far as I could. [which is kinda not working out and all since i ate erm 3 sweets today]

okay back to rushing last minute work. =X
