Twiggy [I don't know the spelling, but that's how it sounds like anyhows xD] is a very adorable but ugly 3-legged mongrel i saw on 'The protectors'.

and Twiggy is such a cute name.

and he talked about how his fish which was seared on a slab of hot stone had a crispy layer.

Perhaps we could research on this. or compare the two ways of cooking, ala frying the fish / searing the fish on the stone.
